If your alarm activates, a trained operator at the monitoring centre responds straight away – contacting your keyholders and, for fire alarms, calling the fire brigade – so someone always acts, even when you’re away or asleep.
Fire brigade call-out
When a monitored fire alarm activates, the monitoring centre can call the fire and rescue service to your property, and lets you and your keyholders know at the same time. Where your local fire service asks for alarms to be confirmed first, the operator follows their procedure.

Keyholder monitoring
If your intruder or fire alarm goes off, the monitoring centre contacts your nominated keyholders in order, straight away, so the right person can attend.
You’ll also be told about faults, low batteries, mains power failures and signalling problems, so small issues are fixed before they become big ones.
